1997.08.03: - More Oshiete Your Heart. I now have over 40 prints. This time working on Yuko-chan. I did very badly. I do much better with Saki. I need help on Yuko. ^_^;;; The official Oshiete Your Heart guidebook is not much help. Pin Badge 2 and the new mug set is in the UFO catchers. Only 2 more weeks until Comike. I need to stop spending money between now and then. ^_^;

1997.07.29: - Scott and Maria came to Japan for their honeymoon. Richard and I doomed them by taking them to Bigolo. The Nijiiro no Seisyun Photo Albums (suitable for holding Oshiete Your Heart prints) are out. Got the whole set on about ¥1500. We were merciful and didn't go to Tokimeki House today...

1997.07.09: - Bought Nijiiro no Seisyun. Unfortunately finished it on the first attempt. Made some miraculous free kicks by sheer luck.

1997.05.24: - The list of suspects includes Richard "Pocky" Kim, Kenji Shimizu, Drew Hamilton and myself. The target is Tokimeki Party Sensation, a game character doujinshi market in Omori-ku. We wind up late and don't get in until close to 1pm. The other three take lots of pictures of cosplayers, but I haven't bought a good camera since getting to Japan. My haul comes to about 10cm worth of books, about 6 of which is unsuitable for mixed company.
Later on Kenji heads home and the remaining three head for dinner, then to Bigolo in Kabukicho for Drew's first introduction to Oshiete your heart. He's disgustingly good at it, dispite knowing little japanese and never having seen it before. I don't play much Oshiete your heart, just one game, and I trade the print (Mio-chan) to Richard for three Doukyusei keyholders and proceed to knock the remaining two types in the machine off in two plays. Also got another 1/8 vinyl figure and the 4th special message CD in the Diary CD-Single Series.

1997.06.19: - Expensive day - bought Tokimeki Memorial Taisen Tokkaedama and Final Fantasy Tactics.

1997.06.21: - Spent most of the day playing Tokkaedama - Read my review in the next issue of EX: the online world of anime & manga.

1997.06.22: - Comic Castle in Ikebukuro. Nothing too much new TokiMemo related. Didn't buy too much either. Lots of FF7 doujinshi out now.
